The TV remote was not in room, had to contact front desk then maintenance came and was able to sync another remote. No sound on the Disney channel while traveling with small children they wanted to watch it. Couches had many stains, bathroom needs some recaulk and update no hand soap by the sink. For the price it was not worth it. Will not be staying here again. Hallways wallpaper coming off the walls everywhere.

I have stayed at this hotel three times in the last six weeks. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. Overall, it could use some renovations. I noticed that some renovations were underway.

The bathroom was filthy Toilet was dirty, floors were dirty, shower was dirty with mold on the ceiling and a dirty shower curtain. Pillows had hair on them and clearly were not changed. Wallpaper peeling off and the room smelled terrible.

Did not get the room we booked. We booked a king and got a double room. The air conditioner barely worked and the toilet chain was broken and my husband had to continue to fool with it every time we used the bathroom.

The last time I stayed here, during the month of May 2024, I was told that my Service Animal (feline) was not allowed. I depend on my kitty to detect my seizures. I was not happy or comfortable with the fact that she had to stay the night in my truck! Thankfully I did not have a seizure. I let you know this when I filled out your survey. You were quick to rectify the situation and upon arrival this time, September 2024, my animal was allowed to stay in the room with me. Thank you for rectifying this situation for me. Many, many thanks to you and your staff.

Towels had other peoples private hair on them, beds were ready to fall apart, room smelled of cigarette smoke and musk. Repairs on the bathroom walls seem to be unfinished

We really did enjoy our stay. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I did think the pet fee was excessive; we did not know the price in advance (booked on Hotels.com) and since it was a non-refundable reservation we could not cancel when I was told about it. The pet fee was almost as much as the room itself.
