Realized in the morning I did not have a shower curtain on my room. Had to set towels on the floor - very dangerous. Told front desk - they told me manager would follow-up. They didn't. Called Orbitz today to let them know about issue. Hotel property said" no record of me talking to front desk". This is a blatant lie on their part.

Outdated Hotel

The room is dated the rug in the hall was completely dirty all the the money this hotel is asking it should have been in better condition lastly my husband found blood on the top spread on the bed I feel that there should have been some reduction in price so I took the cover to the front desk Traycee and Priscilla at the front desk during check in/ check out were is amazing employee

Staff were so nice but the hotel is in major need of renovations. Mirrors really needed to be actually cleaned. Large bag of trash coming off elevator in the corner. Stains on bed spread on one of our beds

They need renovations to all the common areas of the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. However, the bed was extremely hard which is unusual for Hampton Inn. Lastly, the air conditioner kept the room very comfortable. For the price I would not recommend this establishment to others.

I liked the location. The lobby has been renovated. However, the rooms, particularly the bathrooms are of low quality. Broken tile floors, toilets that are small, actually move, and loud whistle after flushing. HVAC systems in the rooms have terrible controls. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken. The breakfast only has pork sausage, which very few people want. The eggs had liquid at the bottom of the pan, didn't look good. Others offer some other protein source.

The hotel was not clean. My shoes stuck to the bathroom floor, the hall carpets are filthy, the shower and bathroom were dirty….we waited to take showers at another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

Empty cup in Valdosta

The property is undergoing a renovation, so I understand the mess. I stay in Hamton inns all over the east side of the country. and I count on two things a high-quality bed and A hot cup of coffee any time of the day or night. This property had neither! at a little after ten pm. when I told the night man your out of coffee. he said I will put some on a little 4am. Not what I'm accustom of hearing at a Hampton Inn. very shocked by the cheap hard king bed. also, not what I'm accustomed to at a Hampton Inn. If I wanted to stay at a super 8 I would have saved 50.00
