The first room we went to had hair all over the bed when you pulled the cover back and the ac didn't work. I did like that we were moved to another room asap.

The pictures on the Internet is totally different than what you see in the rooms. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there until the owners remodel the hotel.

The nice thing about this Quality Inn is that it’s convenient for shopping, gas, and eating. It’s close to Tallahassee Hwy which was good for us. The front desk clerks were very nice. The room was disappointing. When we walked in the room it smelled like marijuana. Even though we reserved a non smoking room. The entire carpet had a sticky feeling. The shampoo dispenser was completely empty. I left a note for housekeeping and the bottle was filled. On the 2nd day I saw a roach crawl across my sheet. We tried to change rooms but we were told no other rooms were available.

Dear Quality Inn Management, I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Quality Inn, 1403 Tallahassee Hwy, Bainbridge, GA. We booked your hotel for its pool, but it was closed all weekend without prior notice, disappointing our children. Additional issues included no extra pillows available, a broken bed that was unsafe and uncomfortable, a gym filled with storage and bugs, and the hotel running out of toilet paper. This stay fell far below expectations. I am requesting a full refund and a prompt response on how this will be resolved. Sincerely,
