Booked for multiple days for a work trip, came back after a long day of work to find all my personal belongings missing, even drinks i had stocked in the fridge, everything gone. Went to the front office to ask what was going on, nothing was done about it. I had to go to work the next days wearing the same thing, and re purchase a few necessities since mine where nowhere to be found. Even at check-in the guy at the front desk made me wait for the next staff to check in, because his “shift was over” poor customer service.
Floor in our room was filthy, in the middle of the night roaches came out in numbers!
There was a dirty towel and wash cloth left in the room but upon request we were given clean ones.
Door didn't close and lock properly.
Didn't have the superior king suite reserved available and clean at 5pm for check in. So we were given a less expensive room.
The linens were so dirty we drove to walmart and purchased our own to sleep on.
Hair dryer didn't work.
No bottled water available at property.
This property is a real mess.
We had no other choice to stay.
Manager on duty claims we will be reimbursed. Waiting to hear from Britney Smith.
Good help is hard to find, I suppose. I had an issue with the first room assigned but the young lady on duty rectified the issue immediately, professionally and personally.
The property wasn’t very clean, the staff playing loud music and making load noise in the morning! Had some trouble getting in the room the key wasn’t working properly! The room had some very weird smells!
The rooms floors were dirty. We stay for 2 nights are 2nd day we change are towels to get clean towels and said the maids went home already so they us 2 dirty towels from front offices said this all we had .front act like they want to there job.you need to find new help are going to lose money plus get bad review like this one.we lived in thomasville before and this motel never been good .this was are first time staying there and will be the last time.
The room, sheets, tub was filthy. There were stains on all the blankets, sheets , and towels. Luckily we brought our own towels, pillows, and blankets. They didnt wven come in the room to clean it after our 1st night. There waa no toilet tissue, wash cloths, and one dingy looking towel. Just overall poorly run and maintained. Will NEVER stay there again.
Towels were dirty no phone in the room. Hotel customer service at front was not professional outside on phone loud swearing waited 10 mins for help . Was not impressed with the stay at all place was broken down mold on lamp shades stained blankets . Just not up to par at all wont be staying again.
Check in was fast. Room key didn't work so had to go back into front office. When got into room there was no remote. Had to go back to office to get remote. Then bo signal on tv. Went back to office which then was told their dish service was out.
