The bed was incredibly comfortable, but the smoke detector in the room flashed like a strobe light at 5s intervals throughout the night and made it very hard to sleep. If you're a left side sleeper, bring an eye mask! The advertised rooftop bar wasn't open, if that matters to you. Otherwise, staff were great, the location was very convenient, and the bed was SO comfortable. If it wasn't for the bright flashing light it would be 5*, but given the point of a hotel is to sleep and it was impossible I've docked one star.

Sheraton’s guest services from check-in to check-out were outstanding ! We loved our stay so much that we stayed two extra nights! Location was perfect. Will stay nowhere else but the Sheraton Can Tho when we return.
