Just FYI. This is next to a truck stop and very noisy at night. The staff was verging on hostile. The air conditioning in the room didn't work -- in fact the knobs had been broken off.

The employee was racist toward us, very rude and non accommodating. Would not give us his name or a corporate number to call. He even told us we could not wait in the lobby until a room was ready. Horrible check in experience

The toilet was not flushing. We asked to have it fixed they fixed it. Next morning happened again. The floors where dirty in the rooms.

Convenient walk to lots of amenities such Starbucks, Goodys, etc! With the property sandwiched between a Flying J truck stop and a generic truck wash, there was a lot of noise and traffic that died down a bit after dark but never went away! Bed was comfortable and water pressure was great!!!

I liked the price since everything in the area is way over priced. Got a king suite. Room was very nice. Fridge leaked a little bit. Big issue was the hot water in the shower. Had to take a bath since the hot water would not come out of the shower head. Brought it to the front desk and guy with the Wyoming belt buckle said he would have maintenance check it out and would let me know to change rooms. He never followed up and seemed like I was an inconvenience to him. Said he never heard of the hot water issue. When I checked out the new guy at the front desk said it was the 2nd complaint today about yhe hot water not coming out for the shower. I would only stay here again if no other alternatives.

Better than I expected

I was very happy with this property. It was clean, quiet and reasonable. Close to gas and food and right off the freeway. Plenty of parking. I will stay here again.

Thousand Palms Truck Stop dirty dirty

I can’t believe places like this are still alllowed to exist today. First of all I literally checked in 5 minutes before and the sink was full of water as soon as I washed my hands first thing. I called the front desk and the guy offered to move the room but I have a disabled kid and it’s hard for me to move. I asked for maintenance and was told they didn’t have anyone at night. The room also smelled like weed bad. I thought I smelled cigarettes too. The next thing was the people on Top of my room decided to walk back and forth all night on my ceiling. I got woke up so many times and was so exhausted the next day. I called again for the noise on the ceiling and they told them to stop they said when I called, but they didn’t so? Didn’t get any sleep. The covers smelled like booty when I pulled them up to my neck. This place is nit maintained much-at all. I’ve

The property did not have a full breakfast like most choice hotels !! The bathroom was badly in need of upgrading/repair so we did not use the shower. the decor was shabby at best !! There was not a microwave in the room but one in the ice machine room for all guests - basically a rather shabby property & not good enough to be a choice hotel choice !!
