They have no shower bars in the shower. Big step in and out of the tub. Tv controller did not work right. They could not fix it. So we fought between 2 controllers.

The pictures did not match the room. The front door would not close from the bottom and there was a gap. The room looked outdated and there were roaches in the restroom. The room was not as advertised. We flew from California and checked in late after a thunderstorm and were disappointed with the stay. Service was good, the room was not.

My nephews enjoyed the pool. The beds were very soft and the tub had some drainage issues, but overall this hotel was very on par with our expectations. A little outdated but a quiet place to stay for one night.
