Common bathroom by breakfast area was out of TP and one toilet was plugged and door wide open. A horrible smell. Told front desk but it they said they'd get to it later". I get that renovations and updates get done when budgeted so outdated, broken, well worn things are expected but bathrooms should always be maintained cleaned and replenished. Imo

When checking into the hotel, we were informed that our room was on the second floor. This made it difficult for my wife has mobility issues and the hotel has no elevator. The staff were able to accommodate us by finding a room on the main floor.

The bathroom smelt like urine, there was little to no water pressure, the beds were not comfortable, no A/C just a small 1980 still window, no air circulation without having the window open.

Hotel is very old and poorly maintaimed Room is so far outdated that even if it is clean, you would.never know Hotel has attemptted to charge my credit card twice and even when i showed them that they have done it they still denied. Have reported the fraud to my bank and will notify local authorities.

This is the worst motel that I have ever stayed at in Thunder Bay and I have stayed at many. I though the Ramada name would have standards to live up to but I guess not. Lobby looks great but that's where it ends. Dingy hallways, most vending machines don't work, parking lots are filled with holes and the entire exterior feels unsafe even in daylight. I ended up parking right in front of the main doors and was relieved when it wasn't broken into over night. Sketchy people abound. Hardly any guests in this motel but I was still given a dated dingy room beside someone with an adjoining door - it made listening to the screaming match next door between two young women that much easier to hear. Oh yes, the cigarette and marijuana smoke from their room also was great. I was amazed the TV worked. Shower was great with lots of hot water to wash off the bad experience. I will never stay here again.
