TV didn't come on. Had to call Mgr to fix it. Then we raised the TV volumn to half-way, and the TV proceeded to have a sound vibration that sounded like an exhaust fan was turned on. Lastly, no closed captioning was allowed. CC seems to be deliberately turned off by either the cable company or at the request of the Mgr. Disappointing for deaf customers.

Other than the place needing a facelift, I was very happy with my stay at The Kingsway. Looked like a sketchy neighbourhood but the Holiday Inn is right next door. I had a restful night and my cats did too.

This place was run down. Upkeep was not their first priority. Linen was clean but carpet disgusting. Mold in the bathroom walls and ceiling. Convenient parking and restaurants in the area. I would not recommend this place unless it was your last choice. Will never stay there again.

Room was old, shower tap was broken. Needed a renovation. No screen on the window, the heat would not turn off. Should have been a 50$ room not 130$

The check in was easy, the person checking me in was pleasant. The room was clean. No bad odors. Shower was strong and hot. Bed comfortable. Basic room. No coffee maker in it or hairdryer. Heat was easy to adjust. Fridge and microwave in room. It’s just a very old hotel but great if on a budget.

The room was nicely remodeled, had very comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Front desk check in was easy.

The bed was comfortable and the linens soft and crisp. The room was basic but clean. Water starting to run in the tub was VERY loud and woke me when my partner started to shower. Check in staff were friendly and welcoming.

Ok for overnight stay. Towels need to be replaced. Cheap bedsheets and pillows. Room smelled of smoke and also no coffee maker as advertised.

This is a low-cost hotel, so don't have many expectations. The bedcover was not clean. There was some sort of red fuzz on the surface, as if someone slept on top of it. There were cigarette burns on some of the room fixtures. I was unable to get the TV working. At least the bedsheets were clean.
