Will not stay again!
The room was not clean, from finding dried blood on curtains to leaking faucets in the bathroom, stained floor. The fold out couch had garbage stashed in it and had not been cleaned in quite awhile to say the least. No blankets or pillows for the fold out either just a dirty sheet.

I thought this hotel was dirty, there was fruit flies in my room . Hallways were in need of a vacuum. I was not impressed at all for the money . The Hilton next to the Valhalla or Home 2 which is also next to the Valhalla is where you want to be trust me , I went to Home 2 the next night and was very very satisfied for the money .

We had a few problems. There was a hockey tournament in town and although we understand they are patrons too, perhaps put all the teams in one area and not put us (2 women) right in the middle of them. They yelled and played mini sticks in the hall. When we asked front desk to deal with it, they did not. Also, in the post Covid era, if you are not going to service rooms every day, perhaps tell us at checkin or have a sign in the room.

Really enjoyed our one night stay. Liked the door card access o ly to 5th floor for added security. Tastefully renoed room...Lots of space...Mostly quite from any road noise... Just would like to add much needed housekeeping to outside front entrance...Discarded cigarette butts...loose garbage pine tree needles embedded in outdoor carpet.... Would book again in the future
