Had a great check-in experience and the room was pretty clean and updated. Unfortunately, found a couple of large grasshoppers in my room. Additionally, the shuttle service provided left me standing in the cold for half an hour due to poor passenger management and the representative checking me out was a bit rude. Would stay here again but find another means of transportation.

There wasn’t anywhere to sit in the room. Very plain Jane for the money. Lots of loitering around the hotel. Folks smoking dope near the entrance. Used to be a top shelf hotel. Not so much anymore.
