Check in was perfect. Get upto my room, unpack, and ttgen went to shave and shower up. The sink backed up, and the toilet continously flushes. The waterslide which I was looking forward going down at least once, doesn't operate during the week, which I was there during, only on the weekends. Would have been nice to know before I booked this place. Very disappointing.

Friendly staff-I would stay again

Our room was comfortable but some of the light fixtures weren’t working. The maintenance were helpful. The reception staff on checkin and out were wonderful. Do let them know when booking if you have mobility challenges as the hallways leading to the rooms are long with various corridors and only one smaller elevator.

Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for having ties with this hotel. This place is literally hell on earth. It’s beyond disgusting and extremely unsafe. We had a man try and break into our room multiple times, once pretending to be maintenance. Called front desk for help, multiple times with no answer. Cops were almost called as this was terrifying, thankfully he didn’t come back a fourth time. My kids and senior mother were terrified. The floors were soak through your socks sticky, shoes must be worn at all times. Sheets had poo on them, actually poo. Possible bed bugs, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen, claimed to be sold out and couldn’t offer refund as I booed with this platform. What a mess, do not book here. You’re safer in your car on the side of the trans Canada Hwy. Avoid at all cost!! I wish my money could be returned as this was robbery at its finest.

The front receptionist that checked me in seemed absolutely miserable to be there which wasn’t a great first impression. However all the other front reception staff were friendly. The bed wasn’t super comfortable. The room was very spacious which was nice. The hotel is a bit of a maze though.

Probably a 2 rating. Room felt dirty there was a smell and the carpet was filthy. Smokers right at front door seemed like a hang out. Restaurant was not advertised in room and no information about other restaurants close by. Parking was limited and only one entrance to get your stuff in. Tiny elevator hard to get into elevator. Should have an organizer in the shower rather than having your shampoo, soap and conditioner on the floor. TV did not have a guide you had to scroll channel by channel. These are the reasons we marked the experience so low. .
