Nice and friendly staff! we checked in at 10:30 pm, when we got to the room the door was open an the room wasn’t ready and clean. We recommended management to be sure rooms are properly cleaned before the guests arrive. The front dest person had to take all clean linen and towels to clean the room and get it ready for us. At that time was only her helping at the front desk and she had to leave the desk to get the room ready. He was very polite and helpful.

Very clean, friendly staff, fenced in dog park, they have board games you can check out, food places close by, plus it weathered a category 2-3 hurricane. Will definitely stay here again.

My room was not clean. There were what appeared to be makeup stains on the pillow and I was not able to sleep after driving several hours into town. I brought it to the attention of the desk agent, but was not offered a solution of any kind. Hilton did nothing to rectify the situation, even after explaining my total dissatisfaction with the condition of the room and the lack of empathy from the front desk. The room also smelled moldy. This place is just a polished up piece of crap. The photos are very deceiving. Positive: The breakfast area was decent and the woman tending to it was very sweet and welcoming. Location is convenient if you need to handle City or County business.

We were woken up at 1:30 am by the people in the room next to us with the adjacent door. They were loud, drunk and knocking into the walls. As I have insomnia, once I was awakened, I wasn't able to fall back asleep until 6 am - ish. We were once again awakened by the same people in the room next door with music playing at 7:30 am. We decided then to leave! They should have been kicked out! after our 2nd call to the desk! And our room stayed comped! This is ridiculous and this stay affected my 2-day migraine. We did not rest or sleep! I want my money back! The front desk did nothing to appease our issue! No manager was there to help. This is place is awful for quiet guests.

I ASKED TO HAVE THE TOILET REPAIRED WHILE I WAS GONE FOR THE DAY, AND IT NEVER GOT FIXED, THAT NITE I CAME IN AND ASKED THE DESK WITH FOR A PLUNGER AND FIXED MYSELF !! ALSO HAD TO ASK AGAIN FOR FRESH TOWELS !!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT !!!!!
