I would stay here again. However, the breakfast was not up to snuff in comparison to other Hampton Inns. It seems they were out of a lot of the foods they usually serve. It was very clean, particularly our room.

Breakfast and staff were great. Hotel rooms were horrible as far as cleanliness and they also had roaches in them.

This hotel was dirty. Trash on the hallway floors. Room was dirty and sheets were dingy. Towels looked dirty. Floor was dirty. Toilet seat was lose. Front desk attendant was hardly ever up front to be seen. Just very dirty. Won’t stay there again.

the pool was shut down due to maint. issues but was not stated on the website or at front desk for check-in. The way we found out was got to the pool its-self an it was locked, it didn't look like anything was wrong with it however it was locked with no sign. In my bathing suit I went to the front desk an asked an that was the first time we were informed. We cancelled the booking an left, that was the whole reason for the trip was to relax in the pool.

The staff needs training on how to handle hotel bookings from third party sites. Some employees inexperienced. Got secondary charged by hotel staff.

The room that got was 305 after reserving 1 week prior. When we moved the sofa so my 5yr old could sleep next to the bed, We noticed an open Trojan condom wrapper, a pair of black panties, an open wrapper of Swisher sweet cigar package, salt and pepper wrapper, We have pictures of all items. It was too late to swap rooms so we told front desk asap in the am. They did offer to switch room but at this point why. We figured the other rooms were just as bad. Gentleman at front desk was very nice. 2 sets of other relatives had to switch rooms due to cleanliness, blood on bathroom, throw up in and on bathroom door etc etc.......Check your room before agreeing to sleeping in it. Next time maybe i should bring a black light to check for other things on sheets. I wonder if they are being reused between visits.

Hotel was clean, staff was nice and very helpful. The air in our room wasn’t working properly but things happen. Wish the water was a little hotter but again the staff was really nice (especially the night shift lady).
