This hotel is in a great location being just off of I 75. The pre-check in is easy and convenient. My only gripe is there is only one luggage rack to help bring in your luggage, and if the people in front of you checking in need it; you have to lug everything in by hand.

The A/C unit sounded like a jet engine starting up ,very loud. There was only one suit case cart to take luggage to our room. It was missing on our check out time. Need more luggage cart than one for the whole hotel. The shower head was lacking in water flow. The breakfast staff were very helpful in the morning .
