Check in was fast and easy. Went to room, found filthy toilet, toothpaste stains on bathroom mirror, what appeared to be blood stains on comforter (and only had 1 bath towel to shower)(booked queen bed, got a full size bed). Was prepared to go complain, but we were very tired and husband said not to (luckily I carry bleach wipes when we go on long road trips). Following morning we get up, leave room by 7am- I specifically went to from desk to request to please be sure to clean our room and explained the issues in check in the day before. Get back to the room after 6pm, bathroom still NOT clean, comforter not replaced, but we now had 3 towels… however, one of the towels appeared to have make up stains.
Absolutely worst hotel experience we have ever had.
Will NEVER go to this establishment again.
Heat didn't work in the room. No smoke detector. Just the wires hanging. Holes at the top of the shower curtain. Guy trimming grass got grass all over the back end of our new truck. Wasn't much if a breakfast. Cereal, toast or pancakes. No tea just coffee. Needs cleaning and updating.

Our room was not ready for use smelled of new paint coffee but no coffee maker trashcan in middle of room no glasses to use or paper cups bedside tables not plugged in it was horrible
The property was not very clean
My TV didn’t work.
My Phone in the room didn’t work.
It was absolutely the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen, by far!
The pancake maker was broke.
The juice machine was broke
There was a bruised apple and two green bananas to choose from!
The staff was friendly and parking was convenient. Oh, and the elevator was fast…. Other than that, stay the hell away from this property!
I wish I could get my money back, I overpaid even being cheap.
Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves!
1. Did not like the service of the man checking me in. 2. When I got to the room I had no towels and no soap. There was a number listed in the room to text about bringing towels to the room, I texted it and it did not work. So I went downstairs to ask for towels and soap. He literally *sighed * about getting me two towels! 3. I needed some ice and when I got to the machine a piece of paper said I needed to go to the 3rd floor to get ice. So that was really inconvenient. 4. When I got up for breakfast the next morning all they had was bread, yogurt, cereal. The waffle maker machine I’m assuming was broken. The juice machine was broke as well. It just overall isn’t the best place to stay, and I wouldn’t tell anyone else to stay there. Also a side note, the person staying in the room beside me told me they didn’t even vacuum the room before he checked in so they made him vacuum is own room. Oh and if you’re staying in room 212 the window doesn’t even shut that, as well, was broken

Third floor room with no operating elevator is not ideal for 80 year old guests. The tv remote was sticky and gross. On the other hand a request to the desk for a couple of items not provided in the room was responded to immediately.

Microtel is not consisstent. I stayed at other properties and they were new and clean; but this one is obviously outdated and elevator not working and we had to carry out bags all the way to the 3rd floor
2 night reservation - without thinking laid the room key on the desk as I walked out for the day. They then refused to honor the 2nd night and refused a refund. Never again!
Elevator was out of order. Breakfast was terrible. Rooms smelled.

The man checking in we couldn’t understand. The room we got was in very bad condition. Cushion was ripped. Candy wrapper on floor. The property needs a lot !!!! Of work. This is the second Microtel hotel we stayed in that was awful. No refrigerator and the breakfast was a joke.Our bed was a double not a queen and very uncomfortable.

A few surprises
We needed a 1night stay w/o spending a fortune. That’s what we got. Friendly staff, clean rooms that needed some repairs, limited breakfast. Too many things needed repair! Unfortunately when we got up the next morning we found the elevator out of order what appeared to be a pre scheduled repairs. We were on the 2nd floor so had to carry our luggage downstairs. You get what you pay for.
