The staff was great, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. What I was disappointed in was the picture advertised for your breakfast was far. From what was there. One yogurt which the person in front of me got. Juice machine broke, pancake machine was not working, no fruit, not muffins, only white bread and wheat bread no jelly even. Cereal was there, no milk. So it was false advertising and hardly could call it a breakfast not even Continental breakfast..I hope they correct this. Two people. In front of me were demanding a refund took pictures and was going to call corporate. I think there should be some kind of refund or credit given. Not the staff fault but management should do better

Nice for a night.

Front desk person at night was very helpful, Lily. Answered all my questions. Hotel could use a touching up. Paint smears on the baseboards and such. Bed was very uncomfortable, a bit lumpy. And breakfast could do with an upgrade. If i wanted a frozen pancake, I'd've gone to McDonalds. If you're going to stick yourself next to a nicer hotel, you need to step it up a bit. Plus, not sure if a worker was eating breakfast when we came down, but isn't there a breakroom? .

Never Again

Never again. Always amazed when the property looks new in the lobby and outside, but when you step into the room you are greeted with 1950s fixtures; sloppy paint and holes in the walls. Continental breakfast consisted of white or wheat toast and two types of dry sugar coated cereal. Pancake maker available but no batter or syrup. Coffee was basically brown water. Not worth the cheaper rate.

Hotel meh

After driving roughly 15 hrs we needed somewhere to sleep for a couple hrs and first there were no extra sheets/blankets/pillows for pull out couch so I went down to get some. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom so had to go back down to get more. There was someone’s leftovers in the microwave. The sink was filthy. The fridge was disgusting we didn’t want to put anything in it. The bathroom was minimal. Not necessarily dirty but mirror had black stuff all over it, nowhere to hang hand towel and not enough counter space. It was good enough to sleep for a few hrs but def wouldn’t have stayed another night. The lady working at check-in was amazing!

Good location

Overall the employees were super friendly. I was disappointed to see that the pool had no water in it. The exercise room wasn't an exercise room more like a storage it was locked. Had to request things that are usually in the room ex. iron, blanket. No toothpaste thank goodness we brought some. And the courtesy breakfast needs major improvement. I love that they were located next to literally everything. But I wouldn't stay here again unless the price was super low. The kitchenette didn't have a stove. Just a fridge and a microwave wave. I bought a long an electric skillet so I could prepare proper meals for my family. It was a nice size suite and it was clean.

Decent stay. Everything was clean and worked , and staff was nice. It has a weird smell throughout the hotel , but once you get past that it was fine. Door to our room was missing the security latch so we were uneasy about that as well.

Appears to be ok visually but the room i got has a strong smell of urin also the tiolet was not properly clean has urin stains spend 1 night had to get out early and stay in my truck ,these hotels standard has drop dramatically and most of them are like this, there need to be something done about them it is getting ridiculous now ,thes people purchasing these hotels and refuse to keep them decent.
