Hotel is definitely showing its years. Very musty and dirt that just accumulates over time. It was a cheap one night stay. Staff was nice for check in. No one avail for check out and no caffeinated coffee.

Terrible, Terrible. Don't even think about staying here. No hot water, toast, Cherrios, coffee and juice was all there was. No smoking detectors in the rooms. Very disappointed. Requesting a full refund. Hotel was not what it stated in the description.

Poor stay!
No hot water. The tub could not be stopped up for a bath. The carpet was torn. The elevators were dirty. The breakfast was nothing but toast and instant oatmeal, with a sign that blamed the storm which was 5 weeks ago and is not a cause for disruption of food. VERY POOR. Wyndham should be very disappointed

The motel itself was what I would expect for a microtel, small room, no extras (no fridge or microwave) but it was strictly a one night layover and we had stayed here previously BUT free continental breakfast was offered, well that was a joke! There were cheerios and bread, oh and coffee and milk in a jug in the fridge. At our previous stay, the breakfast was waffles, cereal, yogurt, juices, muffins and more……yes, there has been a change in ownership. We won’t be staying again, such poor customer service. Very disappointed.

The rooms were nice. Check-in was pleasant. The breakfast that was advertised was not anything special. No sugar for the coffee and the only thing they had for breakfast was Cheerios. Other than that it was a nice place for convenient day in and out.

Had to wait for keys to work every day 3 days . Had to wait for her to get bs k from zaxbys with her kids at the front desk to get keys to work the 2nd day plus coffee and towels . 3rd night same tho g not at the front desk we had to wait on coffee while she was with her kids .

The tv didn't work, sink and tub missing functional drain plugs. The front desk staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The beds were very comfortable and able to have my dogs stay with me.

Cracked tub. Sink drain not sealed properly. Room stale. Bench cover frayed and ripped and dirty. Shower curtain torn. Bath fan not working so also ceiling spotted from moisture. Complementary breakfast basically toast. Juice maker broken. Ran out of coffee. Asked about the smoke smelling room and said wanted to go somewhere else and get refund. He checked room and then a gal checked it. Both basically said nothing. Said has broken English because his second language. Gave us the room key and that was it. We’re so tired from traveling just dealt with it and went off site for a bit so only was there for a quick sleep.

The bathroom light was broken. I went to the front desk and was told they couldn’t give me another room’All sales final’. In the morning there were only stale bagels and nothing to put on them. I told them the coffee was empty and they said that was because they didn’t know how to make it

Feared for my health and others
Not a very good experience. In fact, the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room had a strong smell of moist that seemed to come from bathroom ceiling which had apparent mildew. The shower curtain had holes all over. All Mirrors were stain with what seemed looked like remove clued artifacts. We found stain spot on bed sheet and other area within the walls. TV remote battery plate was missing and volume malfunctioning, power button didn’t work either.

Check in was at 3:00 but they didn't have a room ready until 3:45, and then only after I insisted they go check. They were friendly enough, but the excuse was that they were full the night before. I thought having customers was a good thing, not a problem.
