While the parking was adequate, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The bedspread was soiled, the arm chair had stains and the pillows were flat and smelled. I bought three at Family Dollar and replaced them. The lights were dim and the sheer curtain over the window was shredded as though a cat had clawed it.

For it to be such a new hotel in Fitzgerald. It did not meet my expectations. The air conditioner at the wall have mold all going around it. The parking lot looks like it's 25 years old and needs to be paid. The rooms look like they're not well kept. There's more observed but there's only so much I can say.

The place is very dated but that is the norm for a small town hotel. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and we felt very secure staying here. very affordable! Keep in mind that if you have trouble walking stairs, you need to book a first floor as this two story hotel does NOT have an elevator!
