Awesome place, very boutique, very stylish and quiet. The staff is the best. Breakfast is great as well.

Would not stay again. Dirty, poorly maintained, and deeply disappointing. The one positive was the staff. They do what they can with an aging, dilapidated building, but their efforts cannot make up for its condition. The hallways smelled awful, and the deodorizers in the elevator seemed to mask the smell. We booked a large family room with one king bed and two twins. Between the twin beds was a disgusting stain that appeared to be bodily fluid from a previous guest (see photo). The bedsheets and pillows were also stained. The ceiling was cracked, with signs of previous water damage and black patches that appeared to be mould (see photo). The bathroom was equally unpleasant: apparent black mould, rust marks on the wall, and a corroded toilet flush button. Even thinking about it makes me feel dirty. The owners were celebrating the hotel’s 11th anniversary, but the property clearly needs serious investment in maintenance and cleaning. The staff are trying, yet we repeatedly saw guests at reception asking to change rooms. I would not stay again or recommend this hotel. Its four-star rating on Expedia makes no sense based on our experience. At $417 for four nights, spend your money elsewhere.

Had a good stay. Family enjoyed the pool in Villa. Loved the spa as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rama Residence. This is an exceptional resort with truly amazing staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. A special thank you to Oming, Made and Pieter and all the reception staff for their warm greetings each day and for making us feel so at home from the moment we arrived. Our one-bedroom suite was beautiful, spacious and spotless. It offers a kitchen, dining area, lounge area, large bathroom, 2 toilets, water dispenser and great air conditioning with a balcony. The resort facilities were excellent, especially the stunning rooftop pool with day beds making it the perfect place to relax and watch the beautiful sunset. The restaurant was fantastic, serving delicious food throughout our stay. Breakfast was a highlight each morning. We loved the combination of ordering freshly prepared meals from the menu while also enjoying the small buffet featuring juices, toast, fresh fruit, cereals, pastries and salad bar. A big thank you to Dillan, Diah and Johannes and all staff for their wonderful hospitality and friendly service every morning. The location is perfect, situated on Padma Street. Shops, restaurants and salons are a step away and the beach is only a short walk away. Thanks to Komang the resort manager for his warm hospitality and exceptional service. Rama Residence offers exceptional service, excellent facilities, delicious dining and a fantastic location. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to staying here again.
