They say free parking, but then they charge you for parking. They say free internet, but there is no internet. They charge you extra fees when you arrive and when you leave. Don't stay there.

Great place, have all amenities. Nicely warm and spacious. Beds must be more comfortable for sleeping. The beds in children's bedroom are hard and make your back hurt. But manager is truly helpful and the whole staff. We had a really great stay!

Room was adequately clean and staff were on the whole great. There is one particularly moody waiter in the evening but this is our second stay at Diva. They recently changed from à la carte for dinner which gave more variety but none of the meals were hot enough. The Buffet was almost always cold ...

Rude, uncommunicative reception and property manager. Beds hard, apartment cold, noisy, dilapidated. Bus needed to get to slopes. Dont bother stating here, spend your money elsewhere.

Hotel Le Terril Blanc
Very friendly and reasonably priced hotel perfectly located on the banks of Le Lac. We were a small family group looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay after a hard days skiing and this fitted our requirements perfectly. No complaints at all!

Excellent location walk to main lifts , staff super friendly and the accommodation was lovely. We not watch out we had a mezzanine room the king bed was huge but the two twins on the lower level my 15 yo was a bit big for . Not hotels fault I think he is just now to big to share a room With us ;-) ...
