Everything great! If you have large vehicle it’s an issue it won’t fit in the parking garage. Other than we loved our stay. Beautiful window views

The elevators are easy to use and fast. I like the food court nearby, the meeting rooms are nearby and I like the nice touch of the marble tile it's a fantastic looking hotel with all the workers dressed in black so you don't have to guess who they are. Everyone exceptionally friendly and eager to help where needed.

One Day Trip in TJ

Staff, at the hotel entrance seem to not greet people when coming in. However, Frida & Yamel are amazing staff & a great reason for me to return thanks to their great service & knowledge about the hotel property.
