Its honestly a beautiful hotel. Its very modern compared to surrounding hotels. Staff is super helpful and genuinely nice. They have 2 entrances, one on the side street and the other is right in front of the strip which worked out great. The only thing i noticed was that the walls were thin to hear everything else but that wasnt a problem for us at all

Staff is fantastic. At your service. Very little English but you're in Mexico so ...Rooms are small, cheap furniture, thin and cheap towels, etc. It's all about location, and a roof for the night.

Late Check in

Our room was not available at the 3 pm check-in time; We were able to check in at 5pm. We asked to check out an hour later, the next day, 1 pm instead of 12 pm; they said they would charge us $20. This is after a late check-in. Good hotel with a nice rooftop.

There is a glitch upon check in, not finding my booking initially but this is the first time for even though I have with this property several times already. Also I am not sure if it was a language barrier thing but I was inquiring regarding early check-in the front desk lady was a little snarky in answering back. The room was nice and clean, I just wish they give same attention to shower area, it needs an update and hot/ cold shower is difficult to manage.

Terrible experience, a club next door music blaring until 5 am, staff talked loud and it echoed in the hall ways. They charged me $10 for a key and I found my key in the room and would not give money back. Front desk became agitated. Would not recommend this place. Staff not friendly.
