15 minutes after I checked in, walked to my room, and I saw few rooms still available, I walked back to reception, and asked I switch room and willing to pay different.And she said “NO” I went to TJ a lot most the hotel that I stayed in the past did let switch as long as they have room available.

They have airport transport service and the driver was really kind, everything is stable and good as price but only restaurant service is so bad, unkind. Food service also not good (breakfast was included) i ordered additional plates but i wanna recommend go to around of the hotel to get better options of food
