The parking is not free. The attitude when receiving you is not the best; they could at least say good morning. They knocked on my room door 15 minutes before check-out, etc.

Other than the reception being super rude when we checked in and checked out (the same person both times) this place is nice! Receptionist was mad when we checked in cause she said she was supposed to have left already-not out fault they were busy.

I'll come back again and will reconmmend it.

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is clean, almost new and the personnel are friendly and helpful. There is a little noise issue from all the partying just outside the hotel and it doesn't have parking , (there's an added cost for parking) but I'd trade it for the convenience. Great location.

Room very clean. Housekeeper very friendly. There are a little noise but is comprehensively because the Hotel is located in Revolución. That was super convenient. I was able to easily walk around the area.
