I thought the place would be in an oh ok area but it wasn’t I was trying to surprise my wife but as soon we saw the surrounding area it had hookers all around also looked very dangerous to even take a walk around their thus we didn’t even check in due to this we ended up booking a different hotel I wouldn’t even think about staying here as it looks like the hookers use this hotel

Una experiencia increíble en el Hotel Velario Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal del Hotel Velario me hizo sentir como en casa. Todos son increíblemente atentos, amables y profesionales. Siempre están dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa y realmente se nota que se preocupan por el bienestar de los huéspedes. Las habitaciones son modernas, limpias y muy cómodas. La cama es de las más cómodas en las que he dormido, y los detalles en la decoración crean un ambiente relajante. Todo está impecable: el baño, la iluminación, y la limpieza diaria es de primera. La ubicación también es excelente, muy conveniente y segura, con fácil acceso a todo. Además, el servicio al cliente es de un nivel que pocos hoteles ofrecen — se nota la dedicación del equipo en cada detalle. Definitivamente recomiendo el Hotel Velario a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda, segura y con un servicio excepcional. ¡Sin duda volveré!

We did not get room reserved and there were no remote for ac and tv didn't work. Plus didn't give the massage that was promised in reservation too

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Velario. The location was perfect—close to everything and just a short distance from the border. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. It felt safe and well-managed, and I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tijuana

Por favor, pongan que el “desayuno continental” incluido es un pinche café y un pan o fruta, ya que realmente el desayuno se paga aparte. Además, en recepción me dijeron que el desayuno estaría disponible a partir de la 7 AM y abrió hasta después de 7:30 AM.

We arrived on Friday Sept 19 afternoon. The young lady at the registration desk was not friendly. She was cold and seemed angry toward us. But the other staff were fantastic. Special thanks to David. David was warm and friendly every time we saw him. Thanks to the morning masseuse who was very friendly too. We enjoyed the breakfast at your restaurant and the waiter was very friendly as well. I wanted to give 5 stars but the attitude of the young lady at the registration desk was not good
