First checkin in took roughly 45 minutes. Then when pulling g back covers to climb into bed I noticed blood all on bedsheets. The tv also did not work and the remote for the heater/air conditioning unit screen was only half working. For what I paid I expected then when I complained to have someone at the very least changing my sheets promptly.. after 45 minutes I went back to the check in desk and was told “we got busy” so now I have to wait for all the other guests in lobby to check in so I can get clean sheets on a room I booked a month ago and checked into 5 hours ago.. the next morning I left $4 American dollars tip and asked the housekeeping for extra towels and of course the money was gone but. O towels. Overall 3/10 the only reason they got a 3 is because the bartender down in the restaurant/deli was super nice and apologized for the hotel (that he didn’t work for but at least made me feel better after becoming so angry over the situation. When we come back next week and then 6 times throughout the next 6 months for a dental procedure we won't be staying here.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Service was very great. The only thing is that their bathroom and sink were not draining. The drainage system was clogged. When you take a shower its like you are swimming in the same dirty water.

Stood at this hotel because my mom had eye surgery and doctor needed to see her again the next morning so thought it be convenient since hotel is 5min from clinic. We were able to check in earlier which was nice of them, but as soon as we got into our room there was so much noise going on upstairs which sounded like construction. I called it in because my mom was in so much pain the noise wasn’t helping. Thankfully the noise stopped as soon as I called. I ordered room service since we couldn’t leave due to her surgery, and I wouldn’t do that again. They forgot my dad’s meal & utensils and kept saying oh sorry we forgot like 3x so I went myself to pick up. Tasteless. Now trying to sleep was so hard and scary. A man knocked so hard on our door at 2:30am we didn’t open and then we heard a woman crying and screaming and footsteps up n down the stairs next to us. All in all, clean room & nice staff. Would I stay there again? Don’t think so. It is in the middle of lots activity and we checked in on a Thursday so maybe it was just a bad day and lots of party goers..

Lovely!
I had a great experience at Baja Rio. Staff was great, there is a small food court by the pool and restaurant options within walking distance. We didn't drive, and reception offered to call us a taxi each time we left. We used Uber, but nice to know they are there to help. I would stay again.
