Booked room for the night, hotel calls me to let me know they have no rooms available due to power going out in the entire building. They say I can call Expedia and then will accommodate refund. I call Expedia and then they try to call hotel, hotel says it’s not their fault power went out and can’t accommodate refund lol not even about the money at this point, just about the lack of care of giving a customer their refund back knowing damn well they didn’t stay with them lol

Over all a nice place to stay. We will most likely come back on our next visit. They offer a lot of amenities but the reason for my low stars is that in my opinion the place needs attention and care. A lot of the stuff in the room needs to be replaced.

This property is old not well maintained. The pictures shown don’t show the reality! The tv didn’t work, the doors didn’t close properly and the penthouse was dirty. There was no phone in the room. Not all that lights worked. To make things worst, the electricity went off on Saturday in the whole property and nobody did anything to fix them. They only got a generator for a party they were having. We were without electricity the rest of our stay! Nobody came to inform us of the situation. Neither offered alternatives or an apology. Do not go to that place! I’ll never go back that’s for sure.

Quiet area, clean rooms. The hotel has beautiful ocean views. Staff were very friendly. Security guys made us feel safe, safe parking. Excellent food. The hotel needs to be upgraded a little bit.

The entire place is in total disrair. Broken pathways dangerous stairs falling apart. The pool was dirty and the jacuzzi was not working. The private beach charging $25 for a chair. No towels for the beach only for your room. No towels for the pool. The entire hotel lost electricity for the 2 days i was their. Luckily our villa had light.

The whole hotel had no electricity They told me they will have the power back in 1 or 2 hours after i checked in but I was there for 6 hours and there was no power electricity in the hotel and the room was all dark and scary so I had to leave at 8:30 pm. I asked for a refund and they said we can’t refund you.

Beautiful location on the cliffs
The location of the property is ery beautiful. All rooms have oceanview. The room was OK, but shluld have been renovated. Mirror in bathroom was so worn out you could 't even see yourself in it. The bathroom cabinet doors did 't close. It needs some fixing, but we enjoyes the stay. We stzyed there a few tes in the past

They gave my room to another customer, not the first time this has happened. They gave us an "upgrade" not what we wanted. The room had no electricity, had to wait for them to come and fix it. The TV did not work. The oceanviews in the property are excellent. The staff was great.

They have security turning back people that want to go down to the beach with any beach gear, they want you to only go-to the beach club. The hotel is not worth even half of the amount of money they charge, and then on top of that you are not able to enjoy the beach with them harassing even the hotel guest, no beach chairs, ⛱️, no umbrellas and definitely no coolers allowed, all your essentials needed for you to enjoy a beach day.
