My mom had stayed here before and said it was really nice. But I stayed here and unfortunately do not want to use the same word to describe it. First off the lady in the reception office is so rude, she doesn’t try to figure out any issues with the reservation and when Expedia representative called to fix an issue with the reservation she hung up because she did not understand him. Then the rooms that are located near the entrance are so noisy. The reception desk is outside but all night you hear them talking and laughing. I know it México and it’s a party town but the noisy level was so extreme even for me that could sleep through almost anything. They changed our room because my husband took a shower and I guess it started to leak downstairs so at 9 pm at night they had called my parents room next door and then ours to see if the water was running. The next day we had to pack everything any change rooms not so easy with a 1 year old. Finally the big problem was when my 1 year old found a big marijuana joint in the drawer. I luckily saw it and took it away but first took a picture and then disposing it, it must of been there a long time because the marijuana smell was very light and crumbled when I broke it in half. I know this is México so nothing would be done with any of these problems but at least I can warn other visitors. The nice things about it is the convenience of the location near the beach and other eatery.

Well everything was perfect with one little note ..: I turned the TV on and the porn channel was on . Just a little reminder to management to make sure this is not happening what if I had little kids and they turned the Tv on .. please be careful

Room was ok. Tv is standard. Could be better. Pool was not available as the jacuzzi. Friendly employees. Wifi was great. Just that i couldnt connect my computer to the tv.
