The overall state of the hotel is good and it seems to be very popular (busy) for social events. The room we were given is at the back of the hotel and though spacious, it was noisy. The A/C is loud & clunky, and sound isolation is not great. We could hear everything happening in the hallway and rooms next door. Hotel staff is attentive and friendly but the room service got our order wrong in each of the 4 times we ordered. We did not receive any VIP status benefit throughout our stay.

Lo más insoportable de la propiedad es que puedes escuchar claramente lo que pasa en la habitación de a lado, jamás en mi vida habia tenido esa experiencia, la primera noche escuchando claramente una plática entre una pareja de la cual se le escuchaba cada palabra hasta las 6:30 am que decidieron dormir, podíamos oír como pedían room service, como agitaban su café, cuando se sonaban la nariz, fuerte y claro como si tuvieran un micrófono, y la segunda noche pues pudimos escuchar como los vecinos tenían relaciones sexuales. Y se respeta que cada quien renta un cuarto de hotel para hacer lo que quiera pero es una falta de respeto a la intimidad de las personas tener que pasar dos noches así

This is the best hotel In Tijuana. Feels safer than others. Food is average but there are great restaurants near by. Love how close it is to the border.
