Property was a top of the line facility. Very clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Tijuana Mexico for a short or vacation stay. Will definitely be going back to this hotel and casino in my future visits to Tijuana Mexico. I’ll give them a 5 star rating on all categories.

It was a terrible experience it was a power outage and water outage as well we couldn’t shower on top of that we had a disabled family member with us and we had to carry down stairs from 6th floor Terrible situation.
