I was not given otheroptions by the receptionist at the front desk, it seemed like he did not want to help, I booked for 2 beds and there policy is it cant be more then 3 people, it was4 of us, ok that is fine. But i aked for an alternative or maybe pay an extra fee, he just kept insiting i could not check in. Nor they could provide me with a refund, mind you it was 200 a night. I am disappointed we were tired and just wanted a night stay. The need better assistance or options for clients, and not have a person who doesnt care at the front desk.

If you have a vehicle and are planning to stay here for the weekend, please call ahead to reserve a spot in their lot. It was full when I arrived and said I was supposed to call ahead of time, which I never heard of before nor it was necessary during previous stay. Also, ask for a room far away from the elevator. It was so loud. The walls aren't sound proof at all. I did pay extra to upgrade my room and it still made no difference. Also, kitchen closes at 10:30 pm so plan accordingly.

Everything was great the only thing we disliked about was the time it took for the water to get hot to be able to shower and not be cold while showering.

The facility is beautiful. But, the staff declined our requests. We requested facial towels and we were told they couldn’t provide one. We requested a bottle of water and they stated that they couldn’t, because the person with keys was gone. But we could buy some. We would not stay there again when we come back to Tijuana.
