Upon arriving we had to wait 30 minutes to check in because there was no one on the front desk. Apparently the associate had to step out to bring lunch in. Another staff member (in charge of valet parking and luggage help us but was unable to do the check in process). Amenities are limited to old and stain towels. The bedsheets where stained and damaged. The pillows had a very bad odor, humid, and pillowcases where overused and stain. Bathroom no shampoo or conditioners. No dryer, no soap, no extra blankets, no iron or iron board

The Staff was very courteous The top bar and terrace was awsome Best to drive in and out from hotel Is close to Ave Revolution but street little dark if you were to walk better to drive The room and hotel is new and very confortable
