Impressive, Clean, Friendly Staff

I was impressed with how nice and clean the lobby and the valet parking was. It didn’t smell like car exhaust being so close to the valet parking. The staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean. They had Netflix on the tv available already without having to use your own account. Other options were available as well on the tv. Overall it was a very nice stay and I would stay there again for sure.

Convenient location, very nice staff, clean, newer place but finished pretty sloppy (bad caulking/paint/etc) towels are scratchy and small. Pretty rooftop area with a nice hot tub and tiny bar. Not every room has a safe. Overall a good experience and would return.

I loved my stay until the very end, when I asked the lady at the front desk to break a US$20 bill so I could tip the valet parker. I told her it would be okay to give me half dollars and half pesos. She gave me US$12 and 100 pesos back, which makes it approximately US$16.87. Trust is huge when traveling to other countries, and this person totally blew it. Had I not made this communication with her, it would have been a 5-star review.

I’ve stayed here a total of 7 nights. Pros: It’s clean and the staff is nice. They have room service and a nice rooftop area. Cons: you can hear everything from the hallway and the room doesn’t get pitch dark. I would stay here again
