The personal at the check in window were rude and unfriendly. There was also a $100 last minute deposit that was not advertised. When I asked why, I was told a racing crew broke 24 tv’s the week before. The guy that escorts people to their rooms also has an angry and rude attitude. All other aspects of this resort are excellent, even the other staff and servers. Front window check in personal are horrible.

Many of the amenities were broken the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond and were very attentive. Unfortunately, our bedding was filthy and we were unable to get fresh bedding in a timely manner and then when we did, we were only able to get two sheets and we were told that that were the last two on the entire resort.

Very comfortable stay. Clean. Nice views from balcony. But the balconies don’t have safety rails. Balcony wall is very low. If you happen to trip coming out of the room and go forward. You can easily fall off, cuz there is nothing to stop you. But other than that. A nice place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.
