A cockatiel landed on my back porch with a broken wing I wanted to do the right thing and bring him to a vet and a shelter The hotel doesn't allow pets but I explains the situation and they understand, and permit me to care for him until I could get him into a shelter the following day. Thank you for having a gracious heart

Room was clean but, toilet was backed up. Took 2 calls to get it taken care of. The conditioner in shower was empty and shampoo barely came out. Room had 1 wash cloth for 2 people and towels were rough and frayed.
