Excellent stay with front desk very accommodating and love the digital shower. I gave 2 stars less on property as my room was hot when I got in and it took 1 hour to cool the room. Also, there’s only 3 plug your own electric vehicle ports which 2 weren’t working. The other client left the car over night which I couldn’t use for mine and the other designated spots for EV cars were being used by Gas cars. Comfort was 3 out of 5.

The front women clerk Was rude wasn’t trying to help what so ever with room Upgrade when I paid a significant amount to stay there. I came in late and left early and still couldn’t get a better room I stayed in a handicap room. Awful experience.

Went to the beach and left the ac running when we came back to the room it was like a sauna super hot their ac malfunction and my medicine an d chocolate melted. It took hours to fix and they just said oh well. Terrible service and terrible people but after all it’s Mexico
