Quartz Hotel and Spa is without a doubt the best hotel in Tijuana. My family and I were super impressed with the cleanliness of it and how beautiful everything is. The location is great and we felt super safe walking around the area. I won’t be staying anywhere else when I visit Tijuana. Easy access to food options. There is a parking fee per day, but it's not outrageous and your car is safely underground. Overall the hotel was nice. There were just a few hiccups, but it didn't ruin our stay. Parking attendants and restaurant servers wanted particular paperwork from the front desk (which the front desk had either not given or printed incorrectly) and, instead of speaking with the front desk themselves about the issue, made it our problem to go back to the front desk and fix. Just a bit of an annoyance. Also, there was an obvious blood stain on the underside of one of the bed comforters we hadn't noticed until the morning we checked out. Gross.
