It’s a beautiful property with an amazing swimming pool! The breakfast was good! The hotel is located inside the plaza, where you'll find the Hospital restaurant and a hair salon.

Nos dieron una habitación para discapacitados y cuando lo trate de cambiar un empleado de nombre Oscar grosero y prepotente dijo que todas la habitaciones eran así por reglas del hotel por supuesto era mentira porque no era la primera ves que me hospedaba en ese hotel. El aire acondicionado no servía cuando llamé que lo arreglen me dijeron que así eran los aires del hotel que me podían traer un ventilador así que tuve un ventilador para aguantar el calor tuve que salirme de la habitación porque el calor era insoportable. Por supuesto no me quisieron reembolsar mi dinero me dijeron que hablara con expidia La TV no sirve no tienen botones de tu auto al hotel ya que llegas tú cargando todo tu equipaje desde el auto al hotel ya te quieren ayudar. En conclusión un completo desastre para el precio no vuelvo a quedarme en ese pseudohotel y sus empleados poco profesionales groseros y que no saben diferenciar entre una habitación para incapacitados y otra que no es en especial Osacr en recepción 👎👎👎👎👎

When we arrived to the hotel they offered no valet service. We parked in a parking structure aside from the hotel. There were no bell me to help us with our luggage. We arrived a bit early and weren’t able to check in

The hotel looked OK, but there wasn’t very many restaurants to eat in the area and the breakfast was made with seed oil so you couldn’t eat the vegetables. The coffee was sour and one morning the server decided to take quite a large tip from me saying that he didn’t have any change. I had to go downstairs in order to get ice. There’s no ice machines on the floors. The only positive is that it’s attached to a hospital where we had surgery. Other than that I would definitely stay down the street at a better hotel.

Room very clean. Location is great if you are going to NewCity Medical Plaza and free breakfast. The beds are a little on the hard side but better/sifter than the Hyatt (which also has free breakfast). Hotel Lucerna has the best/softer beds but more $$$ and no free breakfast.
