I recently stayed at The Rosarito Beach Hotel, and it was a lovely experience! The property offers a unique mix of charm and history while still providing modern comforts. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a stunning view of the ocean. The staff was friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’d definitely recommend The Rosarito Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Baja.

Motel 6 might offer better quality
We chose to stay at the Rosarito Beach Hotel because of its historical reputation, but it was an enormous disappointment. The beds were unbelievably uncomfortable—you could actually feel the wooden frame beneath because the springs were so worn out. It felt like sleeping on a pile of scrap materials. Worse still, the sheets were visibly unclean, and we had to go out of our way to request fresh ones from room service, which is completely unacceptable. The bathroom was another nightmare. The shower lacked proper ventilation, causing the steam to condense on the walls and drip a revolting, yellowish substance. It was beyond unsettling and made us question the overall cleanliness of the place. The entire room felt depressingly outdated, with décor and furnishings that seemed stuck in a bygone era—but not in a charming way. Instead, it screamed neglect and poor upkeep. The Coronado Tower, in particular, is in dire need of a complete renovation. For the price we paid, the experience was akin to staying at a low-budget motel, and even Motel 6 might offer better quality. This hotel is living off its past reputation, but it’s obvious that the glory days are long gone. Don’t waste your money here.

They give us a room that was totally different than the one they show at the time booking we booked, we booked a a 2 queen size bed and we get a 2 full size beds instead.
