Very Good

The number one thing it’s safety, I love the fact that there is security personnel 24 hrs. And when I say 24hrs it’s because I saw them in the middle of night standing looking all around that’s a plus.
Housekeeping also I don’t like them to go into my room, but when I ask if I needed anything, I request a couple of bottled water and paper tissue and the housekeeper literally run to get them for me. I didn’t got her name but she deserves a raise.
For the price, I really wasnt expecting much, but it was okay for one night stay. The AC works fine but its very stuffy and super small for a two bed space. The shower i liked super clean and spacious. The rest of the restroom is tiny and mostly clean as well. The place is just a little rundown. First time staying there and they did not allow us to check in a minute earlier than 3pm. Super strict about that. So weird. I tried early then again around 130pm and other people tried at 245-250pm and they did not check people in until 3pm. Front staff not too friendly either. Parking is okay. There is a variety of food around the area and if you dont feel too well they have a 24 hour pharmacy next door.
I have stayed in this hotel since it open and it has been great to stay. Friendly staff and clean all around. However. This time around, not only did the front desk staff lied to me about my reservation, but they were allowing people drinking and getting loud in the parking lot. Security was not doing anything about it which made it very unsafe.
regarding my room, I book one room with double beds but instead, I was told that Expedia made changes and had to get 2 rooms instead of the original room I had book. One front desk person by the name of Dulce did not know what she was doing so she asked Christina to help. Christina said that expedia made the changes and had given me a room to accommodate my special need family member which I never told Expedia. Christina mentioned it because I had told Dulce that I reserved the double bed room to take care of my special need family member but Christina insisted that it was Expedia that made the changes.
Speaking with Expedia rep, it was confirmed that Expedia never made any changes and decided to call hotel. Expedia kept calling but no answer.
I was in the lobby and called the hotel and no answer. Both employees at front desk had turned and disconnected their phone on their desk. It was after we decided to take the two rooms that Dulce and Christina reconnected the phones and raised the volume on the phones. By this time, the drunk people in parking lot began to get louder and moved to back of hotel and continued with drinking.
We stayed for 6 days. On the first day, we had to request towels, and on the 3rd and 5th days, we also had to check if they provided water or coffee.
On the first day, we arrived late, and the room had ketchup smeared on the furniture, thankfully not on the sheets. The mattresses were honestly very hard, and my mother, my daughters, and I ended up with back pain.

The property itself is good but this time we stayed we had a very bad inconvenience we got up early to shower and no water that tank was shut off or something was wrong with it. No maintenance personnel around to solve issue. We were finally offer another room down stairs after my husband persisted just to shower. I would to get a partial reimbursement on this stay. Please advise.

It did not look as nice as in pictures . It smelled like everything had got wet inside and when we turned on the water to shower there was a bad smell the entire time from the sewer . Had to ask for more towels even though it was booked for 4 people . Only 2 towels were left . Not enough TP had to ask as well.
