Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias , el staff muy amable, la alberca me encantó

La habitación era amplia y estaba limpia. El desayuno incluído es sencillo pero tienen buen sazón. El personal que atiende muy amable y servicial. La ubicación es excelente para visitar el centro histórico caminando. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento, pero hay cajones en la calle (con parquímetro) y un estacionamiento justo en la esquina. Hay varios restaurantes y otros hoteles en esa misma cuadra, por lo que pudiera resultar molesto para los que tienen el sueño muy ligero. Nosotros dormimos bastante bien.

Perfectly and centrally located boutique hotel in the Historic District of Puebla City with friendly staff, several dining options and valet parking. The property is a couple blocks from the Zocolo and plenty of museums and endless food options. Our room was spacious, well maintained and comfortable beds. The ac worked, we had a slight hiccup with the remote, but had no problem finding a maintenance person to help us right away! The bathroom was spacious with great water pressure and always had hot water. The property had several dining options including a coffee shop with delicious drinks and baked goods. There was also a brunch buffet setup on Saturday and Sunday with various brunch items and fresh juices. They had a pianist that added to the ambiance. There was a small bar located on the ground level where we enjoyed some mezcal while watching the soccer game. Overall great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, large clean rooms. I loved everything about it. Had a nice relaxing massage and enjoyed the pool. Has a wonderful restaurant downstairs as well. Highly recommend and would return.
