I know they are starting to renovate, which will hopefully help future travelers' experiences. But please be aware if they assign you Cabin #4. If your booking allows you to enter notes, I would ask them to cancel your entire reservation if Cabin 4 is the only available space to save you a catastrophe. The place reeked of black mold. I tried airing it out, but it was also freezing outside that night. I don't want to get into the details of how unprofessional the lady I was working with was. Just please proceed with caution as exposure to black mold spores can reek havoc to your life. I hope they take this concern seriously and get that place tested and fixed up. The carpet upstairs was mangled, the walls are super thin, the shower smelled like mildew, and the kitchen floor was pretty dirty. Definitely some room for improvement in that space. But the view is gorgeous and the other staff I encountered seemed really nice. My dog got into something dead on the beach and they saw me trying to quickly hose him down and brought me some dawn soap. Griswold family vacation for sure.

We found hair between the sheets, a bloodstain on the pillowcase. Our socks were covered in pet hair. Sand in the sink, it's not draining. The remodel work looked really good and everything was pretty new.

Clean and easy access to the beach. Room was stocked with hygiene products and coffee. The only issues but aren't make or break issues. The shower curtain didn't catch the water from going outside the shower and the DVD player didn't work. We only stayed overnight but it was a very positive experience and will keep the Terimore in mind when we return to the Tillamook area.

Old room needs attention
Old room on the water. Tiny toilet, shower rod broken, worn down flooring, multiple remotes and not programmed, ceiling light had five 5k lumen bulbs- I unscrewed 4 and still very bright. Bed wheels would not lock so sitting up would cause it to roll away from the wall and pillows to hit the floor. It was laughable. Parking and view were positives but not worth the price. Steps away from the water if you’re a clammer. Lots of people in the water for them.

Quaint, beautiful bay view
Staff was so helpful and kind. Easy to check in. Room was outdated and could use some small repairs / replacements (Screen door was broken and ripped, beds uncomfortable, chairs in the room stained) but our 3rd floor room had the most beautiful view of the bay and beach. The balcony in of our room had a small table and chairs to enjoy the view. An easy walk down a trail and some steps leads you to a beautiful beach - perfect for an early morning walk. This motel is situated perfectly on a quiet street, facing a beautiful bay. It was the perfect spot for our one night stay during our Oregon coast road trip.

We stayed here for one night as we weee traveling down the coast. The room was ok. You are absolutely paying for the views. The rooms are very outdated, and the walls are super thin. We could hear the conversations of our neighbors on both sides of us.
