Todo fue muy bien en general el personal EXCELENTE, el desayuno estuvo MUY BUENO, el baño MUY BUENA la limpieza. En la habitación el colchón estuvo BUENO. En la piscina me tocaron unos días un poco frescos el agua estuvo BUENA. La relación precio calidad para una estadía de 7 días . Es MUY BUENA. El garage tiene costo adicional. Acorde al precio de los alrededores 👍

The kitchens only had one boiling pot, no equipment for cooking like advertised. That is why I chose this place was for the kitchen. Will not stay here again because of that. Very misrepresented..

This place is a disaster. I just cannot believe that a hotel in such a great location could be so worn out, poorly kept, dirty and such a nightmare. I was going to stay for three nights. After the first one, I had to leave it. I could not stay there any additional minute. The staff offered a better room in a different wing but the only thing I wanted was to leave. Do not even think about staying there. And, by the way, Hotels.com has contacted them regarding refunding those two nights. No response. Staff is not responsive.
