Overall great hotel for a fun getaway

The hotel was incredible amenities and staff are very nice, rooms are spacious, breakfast has great variety. Temperature control in room is lacking, only heating available, would be too warm in summer and no screens on windows to leave them open in the evening.

Overall we liked the hotel, spacious room, comfy bed and welcoming staff. Fabulous pool area and we tried the tapas restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. What didn’t go well. I used chat function to advise we would bring our dog and got a response this was no problem. When we arrived at 17:30 they had no record of this. They were nice about it and brought a dog kit to our room shortly after check in. Our room was not completely set up, no robes, slippers or towels for the room. Toiletries you would expect in the bathroom were also missing. When we went to reception about 9:30 the very kind young man on duty had to scramble to get robes for us from unoccupied rooms as they were out. We were a bit disappointed in the attention to detail but the staff did help out to fix missing items. Maybe there needs to be a quality check on rooms? Lastly trying to put the key card in the receptacle to initiate power in the room is quite difficult in the dark, maybe have a motion light as in the closet to remedy this? Breakfast was picked over before 11am, no rolls or fresh bread, croissants were scorched, even though it should be open until noon. Hot items were cold. This could be better We do hope to stay again, so I hope you’ll take the feedback as constructive not merely complaining. Much about your hotel is truly excellent

One-night pit stop en-route from Sweden to NL

Firstly, the room was huge, the balcony was massive, the bathroom & bedroom were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rest, however, is run down and past its sell by date. The furniture is old & bedraggled, the swimming area reminded me of communist Czechoslovakia as a boy and the bar & main restaurant are definitely straight out of the 80s! It was all bearable and the members of staff I encountered were all lovely, but I'd not likely stay here again.

Die Innenräume und der SPA waren toll. Wie waren mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr gut. Allerdings wäre ein Abräumen der benutzten Teller beim Frühstück wünschenswert.Die Freundlichkeit des Frühstückspersonals ist sehr unterschiedlich und könnte einen noch besseren Eindruck hinterlassen.

Sauberkeit des Zimmers war eher ausreichend. Verkleidung am Tisch schmutzig, Tapete neben dem Bett schmutzig, Decke hatte einen Farbschaden und ein zerdücktes Insekt. Balkon war verdreckt, dort wurde lange nicht sauber gemacht, Decken und Wände übersäht mit Spinnweben. Im Badezimmer wurden auch nicht alle Oberflächen gereinigt. Duschbereich, dort war der Boden verkalkt, weil das Wasser nicht vernünftig ablaufen kann, weil das Gefälle schlecht designed wurde, somit sammelte sich das kalkhaltige Wasser zu einem See und beim Trocken sah man die Rückstände - schon beim Neubezug des Zimmers. Gardine hing an einer Seite runter. Beim Frühstück waren die Stühle zum Teil sehr unansehnlich, viele mit Flecken übersäht. Einige Oberflächen auch in der Lobby waren schon ramponiert und abgenutzt, wie z.b. Säulen an der Rezeption. Im Restaurant waren die Fenster noch Baustelle, Fensterbereiche nicht fertiggestellt, offene Lücken unter dem Fensterrahmen zu sehen. Personal war freundlich, Innenpool war in Ordnung, hätte für mich gern tiefer sein können. Wenn du gestanden hast, ging das Wasser geradmal etwas über den Bauchnabel. Fitnessbereich war gut. Handtücher wurden bei Bedarf gewechselt. Frühstücksauswahl war in dem Wurstbereich für mich persönlich nicht gut. Fettreduzierte Wurst wie Hähnchenbrust oder Putenbrust gab es bei 4 Tagen an denen ich da war nur einmal. Ansonsten war es gut. Für mich persönlich war es angesichts der Punkte zu teuer! 4x 108€ inkl. Kurtaxe

Große Zimmer. Top eingerichtet. Schöner Meerblick. Gutes Frühstück. großes Schwimmbad. Gut, dass Hunde im separaten Speisesaal waren. Nicht vom Anblick des Klotzes von außen abschrecken lassen. Innen ist alles top renoviert. Über die Lage muss man sich im Klaren sein. es liegt oberhalb des Ortes, ganz am Rand. Man muss immer die lange Straße runter laufen, bis man das erste Restaurant im Ort erreicht. Solange man gut zu Fuß ist, kein Problem
