Did not stay long but very nice hotel. It is expensive but nice location, clean, modern, nice breakfast.

Book the restaurants before getting there. Or speak to concierge to get you a booking as the app didnt show any availability

In my opinion as somebody who has travelled and stayed in many hotels over 40 years in business this hotel should not be rated 5 Star it is at best a 3-4 star The hotel is very clean with great staff who try very hard to please the guests The position of the hotel is misleading as from pictures on Expedia it’s appears to be on the beach it is positioned one street back from the beach looking over an older hotel The pictures on the beach show sunbeds that belong to the hotel but are situated in front of a bar that serves drinks on behalf on the hotel The pool at the hotel is very small and cramped with no space between sunbeds As a plus the breakfast buffet was very good and the rooms are well appointed My overall feeling is a hotel that has great staff offering an out standing service but lacks the facilities and position to be considered 5 star

This is the second time we have stayed and absolutely love it. There is always space for improvement in anything and as a very up market all inclusive, and the cost which is appropriate, not including certain drinks within the all inclusive package is a mistake and doesn’t feel very welcoming. Aperol spritz etc. in addition, when asking for a bottle of wine for the room is a reasonable request, not being allowed and having to make repeat trips back to the bar doesn’t sit sometimes as well and as declining as it could be. There can be a balance and guests would appreciate this I’m sure.

Once again GRECOTEL pleasantly surprised us and made our vacation unforgettable as always The staff was very willing and immediately to serve us in every wish Stavros the manager the staff at the reception (Dimitris etc.) in the restaurant (Irini etc.) in the bar (Maria etc.) all of them impeccable and with a smile on their faces The cleanliness of the rooms at a high level as always The only negative is the return of the bath towel to the reception to give you a clean one. I think something has gone wrong here. Why not leave my used towel as usual at the kiosk and receive a fresh one the next day? Everything else as I said perfect Thank you for your hospitality

Stunning property. Photos don't do justice to how beautiful it is. Great location - 3 min from the beach and has its own lovely beach club. We had a pool villa which overlooked the sea and was such a treat. The main hotel pool sadly doesn't have a view. In terms of points of improvement - I felt the breakfast spread was a bit one dimensional and could do with some international options. There were also some strange quirks e.g. water bottles only being dropped off once per day before 5pm.

Nice hotel with modern rooms away from the busy town. It has it's private beach club area with tasteful and clean drinks.
