Property is nice looking for business stay, clean and nice staff but I was put on the floor very near the “meeting rooms” without knowing or being told. It was loud - you can hear all the voices, clapping etc. Healthy snack items would be a huge improvement in lobby.

The front desk lady was not pleasant and not suited to be the front desk of a hotel.. She had very obvious attitude. When I came into my room the beds were not made the sheets were dirty and the other bed was not made at all. There were no towels in the bathroom and the lock for the bathroom door was broken. I complained about the lock on the door and the front desk said they would sent someone to fix it, and a day later no one came. The hotel provided no customer service to compensate for the lousy services and just gave attitude to make sure I check out on time.

This is the perfect place for a family of 5. The room we had was equipped with a kitchenette, 2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, 2 TVs. It was clean and modern. We loved the convenience of being on the 2nd floor and being able to use the stairs to quickly get to the pool and the breakfast area. We loved it and would definitely book again.

the bar staff was great. the room was spacious and had great amenities. the snack area had all of our favorites. it was easy to get to the beach from this location. i think updated food options would be something that could benefit the hotel buisness and future costumers.
