Check in process is smooth. Staff prioritised customers” convenience when handling issues arising : Incident 1 - door of first room we checked in was faulty and hotel staff readily changed room so as not to hold us back for lunch. Incident 2- when I needed to go back to the original room to collect a bag I left behind during room change, hotel staff came immediately to open the room.

Tiny tiny room. Felt like a rat in a cage. There are steps going to bathroom so if you have balance issues maybe choose another place. Not a great spot if you are a light sleeper

Very central and in the heart of China Town

The room was always kept clean and organized when I was away. The staff was pleasant and helped me with setting up a taxi when I departed. Air conditioning worked good, which was great, especially after walking around the city. Being so close to the Chinatown location and shops nearby made this a great stay. Thank you for making my experience a pleasant one!!
