Needs Improvements
First id just like to start out by saying the staff at the hotel was very friendly. However i feel the need to mention my complaints/dissatisfaction. First, the gym A/C didnt appear to be working and several of the pieces of gym equipment were broken so were useless. Also, i find it odd that gym doesnt open until 10am even though its unmanned. For those who wish to get up and get there workout in so they can use the day to explore this doesnt allow time for that. This is the first hotel ive seen where the gym opens that late. Furthermore, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and lacked back support. I tossed and turned all night to the point where i layed down a blanket on floor as it was more comfortable than the bed. I feel this hotel has alot of items they can improve on and then they can use the name "premium" in the title. Thanks for your consideration.

A pleasant stay in a modern clean hotel - its not in the city centre however so is a taxi/bus ride away, but if you're confident travelling with those then this place would be fine.

Great place to stay in Tirana
The hotel is a bit far from the city but convenient close to the airport . The hotel offers a pool and other amenities. The staff is very helpful and they will do their best to help you out.

I don’t have the right words to describe how perfect this place is! From the very loving staff to the beauty of the hotel, it’s cleanliness, the breakfast, the beautiful rooms, the variety of spa options which are free except for the main massage, everything was just so perfect! I love love this hotel and the staff and I will surely come back soon. Albania has my heart but this hotel just made my stay the best and big kisses to all the staff at doanesia

One of hotels, where was all everything perfect! Very nice and big room, extremely friendly staff, very delicious and nice kitchen, and also perfect wellness ( including hammam) After any meetings, good idea, the wellness open in the evening 10 a clock. After you could go to the bar, because open 24 hours! All these services are also very affordable. When I go back to Tirana, I will go only this hotel!

The hotel is fabulous. When in Tirana by car male sure to stay there the restaurant and Spa make all the difference. Staff is super nice and the place is a heaven to come back to at night after day out in Tirana. I'll come again for sure
