The staff was helpful. The food was good! The pool was not as large as you might think from the pictures but we were the only one in, so it was ok. Took 20 min to walk downtown. Ok area of the city with close to restaurants and bars

We had a difficult situation, as my wife had broken her ankle a couple days previous to our stay. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our unique needs and helped facilitate our departure to the airport. Alida, at the front desk, was particularly helpful, as were all the porters, wait staff, cleaning staff, etc. We had delicious Albanian specialties in the hotel restaurant and the breakfast is comprehensive and delicious. We LOVED our cappuccinos.
