Clean and very comfortable, great shower and jet-spa bath, easy-to-operate high quality air conditioner/heat pump, and kitchenette. Bed was made to perfection with soft sheets, lovely pillows and bedding. Bus stops right outside, on the same street, with buses directly to Massey University (one direction) and Airport (opposite direction), and all other main bus routes close by. Very close walking distance to the Plaza shopping centre, department stores, fashion stores, supermarkets, and dining options. Also close to the Square, City Library, and churches. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Quite amazing having the machine that runs down the tracks rattling past .Didn't even keep me awake .

Could feel the spring in the bed. The bedspread was soiled. Pillows were very flat. The bedside light was not functional, with no plug to connect to. Otherwise, the room was tidy.
