"False advertisement. Rooms do not have AC. We were given a fan and told to open the balcony door for fresh air. We were promptly robbed and the hotel could have cared less- the owner actually blamed us! We promptly called hotels.com and your rep contacted the owner and he agreed that he was incredibly ..."

Not a wellness hotel..as promoted
"Arrived on arrival day at 7pm. the guy at front desk looked at me as if he has seen a gost!!! he was nervous and unexperienced. Told me we did not have a reservationa. I showed him the booking with Expedia and then he say...well you are lucky we have a room for you. and he left to prepare the room ..."
