There was no hot tub the shower didn't have any hot water to take a shower it was cold I checked the hot water in the shower every half hour to see if it would get hot and it did not get hot and I told them when I checked out

Place is ok. Rooms are not great byt good for price, breakfast is also the same- not the greatest but its there. Pool was closed and we been told its because of chemical issue. But this 3 stars is for the front desk lady, super welcoming and willing to help. There is a sports bar on primises some ppl.may like which serves food and drink

Check-in went well; staff was pleasant. But, when we got to our room, neither key would work. Had to go back to the office where they gave us another room. Got to that room and the remote for the tv wouldn’t work. Had to go back to the office for new batteries. Other than that, the hotel was quiet and convenient.

Yes, the room was in good condition. The AC/heat unit didn’t seem very clean though. The shower curtain had to stay inside a couple inch lip so you wouldn’t flood the bathroom. The staff was courteous. The two worst parts about this stay was the breakfast room was completely packed and very uninviting. You felt like a sardine. I was so grateful that there was outside balcony seating. That was a lifesaver. There was about four tables out there in a screened area. The breakfast was good. The coffee was terrible. Unfortunately, the three adults staying in the room above woke us up at 11:30 at night due to walking very heavily on the floor back-and-forth for hours. My husband got up, got dressed, went upstairs and asked them kindly to please quiet down. It stopped eventually and started back up in the morning, when we tried to get a little extra sleep. Letting the staff know at the desk they were super sorry, but obviously there was nothing more that could be done. Unfortunately, I don’t believe we’ll be staying there again. Although, we’ve always stayed at best westerns and had excellent experiences. Bed Seemed soft and comfy if you like that. There’s amenities in the shower, which was nice. Refrigerator and microwave in the room with two chairs. There was sufficient amenities.

The location was good and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. There were a couple of maintenance issues in our room and it could have used a better cleaning. It was adequate for one night but I wouldn't spend an entire vacation here.

the staff were amazing. helped with our luggage, gave out little surprises to my granddaughter. the woman at the check in was really great as well as the Maintenance man. nice room. very good breakfast . we were able to leave our luggage there while we explored Kennedy Space center!
