Clean, convenient, spacious rooms, and a great staff. I would stay there again. Close to highway, but not noisy, easy access to Kennedy Space Center.

Great stay
Place was nice and clean inside and out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot was well lit and plenty of parking. Breakfast was typical and area was clean and large.

Entire hotel and Room was hot and the front desk acted unconcerned the hotel was 75 and the rooms would not go lower than 77.

The air conditioner is cold and running, but the thermostat is stuck at 71 and rising. The air is not unbearable but we’re sweating under the blankets and it’s not comfortable. We asked the nice receptionist Daniel (?) but he said there are no fans to use and that the thermostat is controlled by Co2 sensors. He advised that moving to another room would just be hotter since each room is at 75 degrees and would take longer to cool off if we moved. It’s a little disheartening after a long day. Everything else about our accommodations have been great and better than anticipated, I just wish there was something the hotel could have done to accommodate us better.

Excellent front desk staff! We would give Bridget 20 out of 10! Very friendly, kind and super helpful! The room was very big and very clean and modern. All required amenities like microwave and fridge were there. Excellent room! I would definitely stay here again!
