Dear Marriott hotel or to whomever may concern, the stay in your hotel was horrible. Not only was ist not mentioned at the reservation that you only do room service twice a day, if at all. I say if at all because room 427 was never made or cleaned. When it was mentioned to reception at about 6 PM on April 9 we were told that housekeeping is gone already. So at least we got a couple of new towels. I do understand that the linen does not be changed every day, but at least the beds should be made. When we had breakfast on April 9, the table seating 6 was still full of empty dishes. When we ask whether it can be cleaned up, we were told they would have to call housekeeping. But now the best of all, you charge me through Expedia USD 1,225.51 plus One Key cash USD 58.01 for a total of USD 1,283.52 which I paid. Now you are charging me again, but credit only USD 1,099.92 per room. Please urgently credit the credit card on hand with the difference of USD 183.60. This now truly tops everything. I enjoyed my stay at Courtyard by Marriott Titusville Kennedy Space Center. The hotel room was very clean and the space theme with the added star display was a neat touch. The staff was super friendly and I really enjoyed the food and drinks at the Space Bar located at the top of the hotel. I'll definitely be back to watch a future launch.

Perfect space hotel!

Fabulous hotel with lots of space-themed, fun items! Very clean with a lovely, warm pool and spacious gym. Space Bar was perfect for watching the rocket launch and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and I'll stay here again if in the area.

Hmm.

When we arrived check in was okay the lady was kinduh rude maybe she had a bad day ? They only had one elevator working so it did take a while to get up since there is 5 floors the hotel was packed a lot of people staying . It was a nice room perks was the nice light with the stars . Downstairs at the food bar I tried ordering but was ignored so I just went out for takeout the customer service on all the workers needs a lot of work . Very unhappy people working . There is a $100 deposit hold but the hotel is near Kennedy space center .

This property exceeded expectations! I traveled with two friends and we were originally looking for a hotel close to the cruise ports, with a hot tub, free parking and a cool bar! Little did we know you could also watch launches from the Kennedy Space Center from the rooftop Space Bar on property. This would be a great property to stay at for a few days of vacation and explore the surrounding area. I would recommend for traveling families, but we enjoyed it as three mid-20 year olds as well.
