Unfortunately, our room is not available until after three p.M, which was the check in time. the walls between the rooms were very thin, and you could hear the people beside you, which was very disruptive to your sleep. great location. friendly staff. Enjoy continental breakfast.

My sister and I called beforehand to make sure that our rooms were next to each other on the first floor. Well, we got the first floor, which was great but we were pretty far from each other and when we arrived, the people at the desk said there was nothing that they could do about it. I even said we’re here early. I don’t understand why you can’t put us close enough to each other. It seemed that they could care less.

Bathroom can use counter space and towel bars. There was only a sink hanging on the wall and no towel bars or hooks. Middle of the floors were clean. Edges around the bed and walls were not. Bed was very hard. Sofa was dirty

The floor in our room was so disgusting it turned our feet black within minutes. The water pressure in the shower was inconsistent leaving you with almost nothing more than drips at times. I have made a note to never stay here again.

I booked before a cruise with my sister and I messaged for room next to each other as I drove. My sister flew in and they would not accommodate...can't believe as 3 weeks before lot's of vacancies. Host at desk was not accommodating....actuality not nice.

Dirt around the baseboard and in corners. Floor may have looked clean, but it was not---sticky. Beds were nice and fairly comfortable, pillows were not. Convenient ground floor location for an older couple like us.

The staff were nice but the room was awful, blood on the sheets, the floor so dirty it made our feet black. They had construction people who rented rooms for long periods of time on the second floor who were piss drunk or high all hours of the days. We felt very unsafe the whole time. Pool dirty. Absolutely awful.
