Front desk staff lady Betty was rude. Elevator didn’t work for the entire stay. Need to call front desk every time to get down. Betty Denied upfront water bottle for rest of the stay except first day. Betty said if you don’t like the breakfast there is something wrong with you. This was unwarranted. Even after request for room service, they didn’t do the service. Email manager and haven’t received a response.

Clean, but horrible breakfast; room not up to par

This location is not nearly as nice as other Fairfields which I have used. The rooms were clean but not up to the standard. The room, as well as the TV need some updates. The main message you got at breakfast was that the hotel was trying to save money. No bacon, no grits, no butter, not syrups, only substitutes. Hardly any fruits or Danishes. I specifically called in to ask about the breakfast and I was told that they were offering ham, egg and cheese croissants, which was specifically why I booked the room. It was a lie; they had been discontinued for months. I was very disappointed in breakfast. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and efficient, the hotel was very clean and there are no pets allowed (so you don't have to worry what a dog may have done to the floor/bed or about allergies).
