I loved the property and being from the area I wished I would have known about it sooner. My only suggestion is to update the space. Updated decor would be more inviting but overall great space

The property was maintained and clean. Definitely value for the money but a little dated. Would definitely return although we didn’t use amenities, sleep and shower.

Had all the facilities we needed and was 5 minutes from the town centre. very convenient - did not use swimming pool - surrounding did not look inviting. other than this was a good place to stay for Merritt Island

Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service...

This was my second stay now and it was as great as last time. You get your own apartment with all you need. Kitchen utensils were clean and in good shape. This is now my number one place to stay when visiting the space coast. 5min drive to some good launch viewing spots.
