Nice, lively area of Oslo close to the Opera with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was nice and communication, although mostly AI-based, was efficient. The apartment was very hot and the pillows very large/high. Other than that, great value accomodation!

We had an excellent stay and really loved that they offer laundry facilities. Remember to use the sign-up sheet in the laundry room to secure a time slot. We didn’t know this and it would have been helpful as it is not really first-come, first served. Otherwise it was a fabulous stay and would stay at a Bob W again!

Fantastic hotel perfectly located in the centre of Oslo. Everything is just a short walk away (10 mins from the station, 10 from the harbour and 10 from the Opera House). The rooms are great, and there is a really nice rooftop bar and downstairs lounge/reception with free coffee. One thing to note is that room cleaning is extra. Had a really good stay and would definitely return.

Good decent breakfast for the price.

We had a very good stay at Karl Johan Hotel in Oslo. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city on Karl Johans gate and within easy walking distance of many of Oslo’s main attractions, restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront. The service was very good, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and has a lot of character. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The combination of the fantastic location, comfortable accommodations, and good service made it a great choice for visiting Oslo. We would definitely recommend Karl Johan Hotel and would happily stay here again.
