I had a good experience. I liked the property, good price and how close it was to shop[ing options. I didn't like that the taxi charged me $150 pesos to go Olab Laboratories down the road on Alcatraces. The receptionist helped out other customers who approached the counter, even though there were two customers already waiting in line. I loved the Tlalpeno soap on the room service menu, which I ordered several times, and it was always served different; sometimes it came with bread and butter others it was missing the manchego cheese. There was no consistency. I dd not enjoy the cheeseburger and burrito. They need to work on that. Other than that, I really enjoy my stay.

The property is old but the location is convenient, it is very close (walking distance) to Mundo E where you can find a variety of restaurants, stores, grocery store and entertainment; is at a short driving distance to Plaza Satelite- shopping Mall The staff super kind and helpful, the room service was not great. The shampoo and conditioner in the room are awful, really bad quality product. Bring yours! We choose this hotel because the overall value is good.

In the past 12 months, I’ve probably stayed over 30 nights if not more. Instead of things improving to keep me coming back, things have gotten worse. Rooms are noisy, I could hear the people next room, and the person showering upstairs. Towels, are rags. Room service now includes the 15% percent service, and now takes longer to get, is inconsistent and food is bad. As an Expedia member, my checkout time is 3 pm. But they ignore it and every single time they come and ask me to checkout, to then later confirm I can stay longer. House keeping will knock at 7:30 am. But if I put the do not disturb tag, they wont return later to clean. I’ll take my business somewhere else
