The safety box was not fixed to any furniture nor wall. Anyone could have entered my room and walked away with the safety box. The safety box stopped working one day before I had to take a flight home.

Power outages is a problem here and super noisy streets, next to a highway, Big rigs passing by making noise early in the morning and every hour of the day. No carpets in rooms, plain.

El registro rápido y sencillo pero una las habitaciones asignadas parecía aún ocupada, las camas desordenadas y con basura. Acudí nuevamente a la recepción y me asignaron otra y al abrir la nueva habitación, lo mismo. No estaba limpia y con las camas todas hechas bolas. Finalmente nos dieron otra y nos acompañó otra señora del hotel para revisar que esa si estuviera lista, sino para darnos otra. No tenía toallas y nos dijo regreso con toallas, jamás regresó. Y la otra habitación tampoco tenía toallas, tuvimos que bajar por la mañana a solicitar unas. No lo recomiendo.

There is construction access to roads were limited. The towels were thread bare. And our sheets dirty. We called to have them replaced upon check-in and staff came quickly came and changed them. Need new pillows as were all flat. It was disappointing for a Camino Real.
